SISTERS CONFERENCE CONFERENCIA DE HERMANAS

Yesterday we had our final sisters conference.  It's sad to think that it was the last one before we go home. The time is flying by too quickly!!  We have forty-one wonderful sister missionaries and it was such a special day having them in the mission home. We started our meeting with Pres. Dennis speaking to us and then having some time for them to ask us questions. Then we watched a talk on charity given by Elder and Sis. Renlund at the BYU Women's Conference last month.  We had a lunch of cheeseburger soup, cornbread, macaroni salad, and brownie sundaes.  Then the eight sisters leaving in May, June, and August shared their feelings with us and I gave my presentation at the end. The best part was just being together and feeling the unity and strength that we have as sister missionaries.  It was a wonderful conference!

Ayer tuvimos nuestra última conferencia de hermanas. Es triste pensar que fue la última antes de terminar nosotros. El tiempo está volando rápido!! Tenemos 41 maravillosas misioneras y fue un día tan especial tenerlas a todas en la casa de misión. Empezamos la reunión con un discurso por Pte. Dennis y después él les dio tiempo para hacernos preguntas. Después vimos un discurso sobre la caridad por Elder y Hermana Renlund que dieron en la conferencia de mujeres en BYU el mes pasado. Almorzamos sopa de hamburguesa de queso, pan de maíz, ensalada de pasta, y postre de negritos con helado. Después las ocho hermanas que terminan en mayo, junio, y agosto compartieron sus sentimientos con nosotros y y yo di mi presentación al final. La parte mejor fue estar juntos y sentir la unidad y fuerza que tenemos como misioneras. Fue una conferencia genial!
