GOOD-BYE TO MORE MISSIONARIES! ADIOS A MAS MISIONEROS!

This week we had another farewell dinner for five more wonderful elders, four of whom left the following day along with two sister missionaries who were at the farewell dinner two weeks ago. One of the elders won't be leaving for another two weeks.  It's always so hard to see them go but we know they are now much more prepared for life and for the work the Lord has for them to do in their home wards and branches and with their own families. Missions are the MTC for life for these young people if while they are here they follow the program that has been set up by our Church leaders.  It's so wonderful to see how much most of them grow during the time they are here and to listen to their testimonies as they finish their missions.  We will really miss them!

Esta semana tuvimos otra cena de despedida para cinco maravillosos élderes.  Cuatro de ellos se fueron el próximo día juntos con dos hermanas quienes asistieron la cena hace dos semanas. Uno de los élderes no se va por otras dos semanas.  Siempre es muy difícil verles partir, pero sabemos que ahora están mucho más preparados para la vida y para la obra que el Señor les tiene preparado hacer en sus barrios y con sus propias familias.  Servir una misión es un CCM para la vida para estos jóvenes si mientras están aquí sigan el programa que ha sido desarollado por los líderes de la Iglesia. Es tan maravilloso ver tanto crecimiento en la mayoría de ellos durante el tiempo que están aquí y es muy especial escuchar sus testimonios al final de sus misiones. De verdad vamos a extrañarles!
